This Strawberry ice cream is fast un simple to prepare. If you serve it right away it has a consistency of half-frozen cream. You can give the cream also in silicone moulds and leave them for a few hours in the freezer.
INGREDIENTS, THERMOMIX TM31:
400 g frozen strawberries (washed and cut in pices)
Four or five Strawberry yoghurts
100 or 200 g sugar or the equivalent amount of Stevia
1. Put strawberries in the mixin g bowl and chop
2. Add sugar / stevia, set for 10 seconds / speed 5-7
3. Add yoghurt and mix on speed 5-7 until a homogeneous cream is the result, put in Bowl and serve
