Here a great idea for Easter. Instand of chocolate eggs you  use small chocolate bunnys . 🙂




-150 g sugar (or the equivalent amount of Stevia)
-1 lemon and 1 Orange Bowl
-150 ml milk
-2 eggs
-100 g butter or margarine
-2 Tablespoons orange flower water or 5 ml of orange juice
-1 sachet yeast
-Half tsp salt
-550 g flour (sifted)
-colored noodles of sugar to decorate
-liquid caramel (to affix the sugar noodles)
-Chocolate eggs




1. Put sugar in the mixing bowl, grind for 30 seconds /speeds 5-10
2. Add lemon and orange zest and repeat the process
3. Add milk and butter, mix for 2 minutes /37° /speed 4
4. Add yeast, eggs, orange-blossom water (or juice) and salt, beat for a few seconds /speed 5
5. Add half of the flour, mix for 15 seconds /spedd 6
6. Add the rest of the flour, knead for 2 minutes 
7. Cover the mixing bowl with a cloth and let the doughrest until the volume has doubled (about 1 hour)
8. Preheat oven at 50 °
9. Form balls of the dough, press a little flat and make an indentation in the middle (for the chocolate eggs), put on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper set, brush with beaten egg and leave at 50 ° in the oven until the volume has doubled
10. Set to 225° and bake for 10 minutes, then set to 200 ° and again bake for 12-15 minutes
11. Put the dough nests on a kitchen grid for cool, brush with liquid caramel and sprinkle with the colored sugar noodles, place a chocolate egg in the middle and serve
