This salad is ideal as an accompaniment for fish or meat dishes, or as a starter. You can also mix in almond slices, is super tasty!




3 large potatoes
3 large carrots
3 eggs
300 g frozen peas
300 g frozen green beans
1 green or red bell pepper
2 cans tuna in olive oil
1 glass olive
1 glass chili peppers


2 large eggs
Juice of 1/2 lemon
250 ml sunflower oil
150 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste





1. Put 2 eggs, a little bit of salt and pepper and lemon juice into the mixing bowl, mix for 20 seconds /speed 3 

2. Turn ond speed 4, add slowly the sunflower oil, after the olive oil, keep mixing until mayonnaise is the result 



3. Wash the mixing bowl, give 1 litre of water into the mixing bowl and attach the cooking baske

4.  Put eggs in the cooking basket, cook for 10 minutes / Varoma / 4

5.  Wash, peel and chop the vegetables, put into the Varoma and add some salt
6. When the eggs are cooked take the cooking basket and the eggs out of the mixing bowl, attach the varoma and cook for 20 minutes / Varoma speed 1
7. After expired cooking let vegetables cool, put in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
8. Add mayonnaise, mix again, decorate, cool for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator and serve
